Terms of Service

Nodi is a community space for creative professionals to find collaborators, attend local events, and build authentic connections.

By creating a profile or using Nodi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with something here, Nodi may not be the right fit, and that's okay.

You need an account to use most of Nodi. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and stay responsible for what happens on your account. If something looks off, change your password and let us know.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. People under 18 should use Nodi with a parent or guardian's guidance.

Your profile is how people find and trust you, so keep it honest. Don't claim someone else's work or identity as your own.

You keep ownership of anything you post, including featured work, posts, and messages. You give Nodi a limited license to host and show that content within the app, so the service can actually work.

Nodi is built on respect. The following aren't allowed and can lead to removal:

• Harassment, hate, threats, or unwelcome sexual content and advances.
• Impersonating others or faking credentials.
• Spam, scams, or using Nodi to push mass marketing.
• Sharing someone's private info without consent, or mining members' details.
• Anything illegal, or that puts people at risk.

Anyone can list or attend events on Nodi. Event hosts are responsible for their own events, safety, and logistics.

RSVPs are good faith. If your plans change, update your status so hosts aren't left guessing. Nodi isn't liable for what happens at an event, even one organized through the app.

Nodi+ is an optional paid tier. Paid features run while your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a payment fails, we may pause access until it's resolved. Refunds, when offered, are handled case by case, contact support for help.

We can limit or close accounts that break these terms, no tricks or fake urgency here, just to keep the community safe. You can close your account whenever you want by deleting your profile.

Nodi is provided as is, without warranties. We can't guarantee the service will always run uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent allowed by law, Nodi isn't liable for indirect or accidental damages, or for the behavior of other members. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Keeping your profile after a change means you accept the updated terms.
